Limeade has always been a favorite of mine, but recently I’ve been obsessed with strawberries. The result? A dangerously delicious Strawberry-Kiwi Limeade. The bright, tangy blend of lime, lemon, kiwi, and strawberry is irresistible. This Easy Strawberry-Kiwi Limeade is simple to make and perfect for hot days.

Ingredients for Easy Strawberry-Kiwi Limeade
- 4–6 large strawberries (fresh or frozen; thaw frozen before using)
- 8 large fresh lemons
- 8 large fresh limes
- 8 ripe kiwis
- Optional: 1/2 cup sugar if you prefer a sweeter drink; the fruit usually provides enough sweetness on its own

How to Make Easy Strawberry-Kiwi Limeade
- Warm the lemons and limes in the microwave for 30 seconds to help release the juice. Leave them in the microwave until you’re ready to juice.
- Peel and slice seven of the kiwis. This is the trickiest step; take your time.
- Place the sliced kiwis and the strawberries in a blender. Pulse on high until smooth and juicy. Pour this fruit puree into a large pitcher.
- Roll each lemon and lime on the counter under your palm or elbow to soften them further.
- Slice each lemon and lime in half horizontally and extract as much juice as you can. Use a juicer if you have one, or squeeze by hand. Pour the juice into the pitcher, keeping out the seeds.
- Stir the fruit puree and citrus juice together until well combined.
- If you want the limeade sweeter, add the optional sugar now and stir until dissolved.
- Chill the mixture for about an hour, or serve immediately over ice for a quicker option.
- To garnish, slice the remaining kiwi into rounds and cut a small slit to place one on the rim of each glass.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Before you leave, consider saving this Easy Strawberry-Kiwi Limeade recipe to your favorite collection so you can make it again whenever you need a refreshing treat.
