This drink is great for everyone, especially those who prefer a lighter cocktail.
I love a classic mojito — it’s refreshing, bright, and perfect for warm weather. I’m not usually a big rum fan, but coconut rum is an exception: mildly sweet with a pleasant coconut note that pairs beautifully with lime.
Coconut rum typically has an ABV around 20%, about half the strength of standard spirits. That makes this cocktail an excellent choice for anyone who wants a flavorful alcoholic drink without getting tipsy too quickly.

muddler

Place lime wedges, mint leaves, and agave nectar in a glass. Gently muddle to release the lime juice and mint oils—avoid over-muddling, which can make the mint bitter.

Add ice to fill the glass.
-
Top with club soda.
-
Stir gently to combine.
-
Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint if desired. Enjoy responsibly.
