- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup

- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated

- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the slow cooker, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, minced onion, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth. Add the water and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the orzo is tender and the casserole is heated through.
