Creamy pudding, crunchy cookies, and gummy worms—these gluten free dirt cups are a fun, easy treat perfect for Earth Day or any celebration.

Gluten Free Dirt Cups
As a child I loved dirt cups: the contrast of creamy pudding, crunchy cookies, and gummy worms made them irresistible. These gluten free dirt cups are just as delightful and simple to prepare—only three main ingredients—and they’re always a hit with kids and adults alike.
These treats are especially great during Earth Day activities. They’re perfect for lessons about the environment, gardening, or the role of worms in healthy soil. Letting children help assemble the cups makes the learning hands-on and memorable—plus, it’s fun to watch them add the gummy worms popping out of the “dirt.”
Gluten free dirt cups also work well for birthday parties, classroom snacks, playdates, or anytime you want a playful dessert that’s quick to put together.

Do It Yourself
Goodie Girl’s Midnight Brownie Cookies are ideal for a DIY activity. Instead of preparing a large batch at once, give each child or guest an individual pudding cup, a small bag of cookies to crush, and a few gummy worms. Crushing the cookies directly in the bag is easy and neat for kids, and they’ll love creating their own little dirt scenes.
If you prefer homemade, you can make your own dairy-free or vegan chocolate pudding for the base. For classroom settings, Goodie Girl cookies are especially handy because they are made in a peanut-free facility, making them a safer option for many schools and events.

For a slightly more elegant presentation, try layering the crushed Midnight Brownie Cookies with pudding and other toppings to create a parfait-style dessert—still quick, but a bit fancier for guests.
This month there’s a promotion offering a discount on Goodie Girl Midnight Brownie Cookies and free shipping, which makes it easy to stock up and have everything ready in time to make these for Earth Day.
