Weekly Meal Plan for January 5–11: Simple Dinners & Prep Tips

I mentioned over the weekend that I’m making some posting changes this year. One of those changes is replacing the Monthly Menu Plans with WEEKLY MENU PLANS. Each week’s plan will be posted on Sunday afternoon and remain on the homepage until Tuesday morning. A picture link in the sidebar will provide quick access to the current week’s plan. If you still want to browse the past three years of MONTHLY MENU PLANS, you can find them on the Monthly Menu tab at the top of the page.

Today I’m sharing the first Weekly Menu Plan of the year. I intentionally chose recipes that lean toward the healthier side — it is January, after all. I hope you find something you love!
